Key Responsibilities
Prime Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and supervise a team of engineers, designers, and subcontractors assigned to the project.
- Execute all civil and structural project activities as defined in the Scope of Work.
- Manage all technical aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with design criteria and project standards.
- Allocate tasks within the team and subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans in collaboration with the Group Leader.
- Prepare and review critical project documents such as Design Criteria, specifications, and Standard Drawings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Actively communicate and coordinate with other disciplines to optimize design interfaces.
- Interface with subcontractors to manage offloaded detailed engineering activities effectively.
- Support quality assurance (QA) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance audits for civil projects.
- Review and ensure adherence to project requirements and regulatory standards.
Skills & Competencies
Must-Have Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, structural design, and construction management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
