Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and prepare daily capital adequacy and large exposures reports.
  • Partner with Finance teams to fulfill regulatory and internal reporting requirements.
  • Lead and direct projects, including resolving AXIOM and Capri system defects.
  • Review and investigate reporting trends, obtaining confirmations from business stakeholders.
  • Interpret and apply regulatory rules and guidelines underpinning reporting processes.
  • Develop familiarity with key regulatory reporting tools and implement process improvements.
  • Support process streamlining initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and data accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong academic background with knowledge in accounting and finance.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in investment banking or financial services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Access, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of investment banking products such as derivatives, equities, and debt securities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of Capital Regulatory Reporting frameworks.
