Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute manual and automated test scripts using Selenium, Appium, and Cucumber.
- Create and maintain test data and ensure test environment readiness.
- Review business requirements and design comprehensive test strategies, plans, and use cases.
- Perform user story scope and end-to-end validations per approved test plans.
- Document defects, participate in defect triages, and support continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Collaborate with technology and business teams to refine functional requirements and testing approaches.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture focused on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in automation testing and coding using Java.
- Extensive knowledge of Selenium, Appium, and Cucumber frameworks.
- Experience with mobile testing for iOS and Android, including mobile automation.
- Proficiency with defect management tools such as Jira, HP ALM, or QC.
- Hands-on experience with API test automation using Rest Assured, SoapUI, or Postman.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, or DB2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in TSYS consumer banking, credit card, or related industry.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across teams.
- Results-oriented with attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
