Key Responsibilities

• Lead incident response efforts across Operations, Client Service, and Product teams.
• Manage follow-the-sun incident coverage and staff scheduling for weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Develop and maintain incident management procedures to restore business services efficiently.
• Conduct impact analysis and root cause investigations using data analytics.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Payments, Markets, Security Services, and Commercial Banking.
• Document incident outcomes and support return-to-business-as-usual strategies.
• Identify strategic improvements and opportunities for risk mitigation.
• Escalate and analyze incidents to ensure prompt and effective resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in incident management, business resiliency, or team management.
• Strong communication skills for executive-level reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data, draw actionable insights, and troubleshoot incidents.
• Effective in conflict resolution, collaboration, and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Positive, proactive, and results-oriented approach in high-pressure environments.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ITIL or other incident management frameworks.
• Experience in payments processing and financial services operations.
• Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities.
