📋 Key Responsibilities
- Promote and represent the tobacco brand at retail outlets, kiosks, and events across Chennai.
- Drive product visibility and awareness through in-store branding, merchandising, and retail execution.
- Educate retailers and consumers on brand features and responsible product usage.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and promotional targets.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with legal regulations and company policies.
- Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activity in assigned territories.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and sales updates for supervisors/area managers.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with retailers, ensuring stock availability.
🎯 Candidate Requirements / Skills
- Minimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in brand promotion, FMCG, or tobacco sales.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil; basic English proficiency preferred.
- Presentable, persuasive, and confident in approaching retailers and consumers.
- Knowledge of Chennai local markets and neighborhoods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be above 21 years of age (as per tobacco industry norms).
