Key Responsibilities
As a Bartender at Fairmont Udaipur Palace, you will:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, and premium beverages with precision.
- Deliver personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Maintain consistency by following Fairmont’s signature recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the bar area.
- Monitor stock levels, manage supplies, and support inventory control.
- Promote responsible alcohol service while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Work closely with other Food & Beverage teams for seamless guest experiences.
- Continuously enhance mixology knowledge through training and innovation.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or certification in hospitality or bartending preferred.
- Experience: Prior work experience as a bartender in luxury hotels, resorts, or upscale establishments.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage pairing.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and guest engagement.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Inventory management and beverage cost awareness.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work late shifts, weekends, and holidays.
