Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance complex software solutions across the full software lifecycle: R&D, design, architecture, development, testing, and customer support.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and offering managers in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary global team.
- Focus on user interface development using ReactJS, working with design systems and testing patterns.
- Contribute to project planning, tracking, and execution, while delivering high-quality code.
- Apply best practices in coding, security, and DevOps processes to improve product performance.
- Drive continuous learning, adaptation to new technologies, and team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–7 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Expertise in Java, JavaEE, Python, ReactJS, HTML, JavaScript, and web technologies.
- Strong knowledge of application servers and middleware: tWAS, WebLogic, Liberty.
- Experience with databases: DB2, MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of authentication & security protocols: LDAP, OIDC/OAuth/SSO.
- Experience in DevOps tools: Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory.
- Comfortable working in Linux/Windows environments, with Docker/Kubernetes/YAML expertise.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, HTTP, JSON, and XML.
- Experience identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities.
- Exposure to cloud platforms: AWS EKS, Azure AKS, Google GKE.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Adaptability to changing technologies and requirements, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
