Key Responsibilities
Business & P&L Management
- Take ownership of the P&L and work collaboratively with sales teams on new business acquisition.
- Expand business with existing clients, ensuring high levels of consulting and advisory services.
- Develop and implement penetration strategies for clients following Aon’s defined sales processes.
Client Relationship & Advisory
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and insurance partners.
- Provide consultative solutions addressing client exposures and risk management needs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Specialty, and Servicing teams to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
Portfolio & Market Expertise
- Manage financial lines and casualty portfolios across diverse industries.
- Maintain awareness of market renewals, emerging trends, and new insurance products/services.
- Ensure standards of business conduct are maintained according to the Insurance Brokers’ Code of Business Conduct.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with global Aon offices to deliver best-in-class solutions to clients.
- Foster a domain knowledge-driven sales culture, supporting the sales team and business expansion.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in financial and casualty insurance, guiding strategic account development.

- Proven experience in financial lines, casualty insurance, and portfolio management.
- Strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.

Qualifications
- Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management.
- Insurance Licentiate is mandatory.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in financial lines, casualty insurance, and client advisory.
