Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Collaboration & Solution Delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with KPMG business stakeholders and technology partners.
- Understand business needs and deliver automation solutions that drive measurable impact.
- Create detailed use cases, process flows, outputs, exception handling, and error management documents.
Process Design & Documentation
- Collaborate with development teams to produce Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and test plans.
- Develop strategic roadmaps for automation technologies aligned with business objectives.
- Define business benefits, ROI, and funding requirements for automation portfolios.
Automation Tools & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain expertise in RPA and automation tools and recommend process improvements.
- Contribute to reference architecture, best practices, and standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends in automation, Generative AI, and process mining.
Project Support
- Provide business analyst services as required across projects.
- Assist in developing business cases, ROI calculations, and funding proposals.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Experience
- Proven experience as an Automation Business Analyst or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or other RPA platforms.
- Strong business analysis, process design, and documentation experience.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of RPA tools, process mining, and Generative AI concepts.
- Ability to define ROI, business benefits, and funding requirements.
- Proficient in project documentation, use case development, and testing frameworks.
