- Conduct investigations related to theft, fraud, noise complaints, assaults, and food poisoning incidents.
- Interview guests, employees, and witnesses to obtain detailed statements.
- Notify supervisors, police, or relevant authorities during emergencies or incidents.
- Complete detailed incident reports on theft, accidents, and safety hazards.
- Handle business interruptions like suspicious persons, disturbances, intoxicated individuals.
- Escort unwelcome persons from the property while maintaining order.
- Defuse disturbances or altercations, calling authorities if needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect hotel assets at all times.
- Maintain accurate records using point of sale systems and computers.
- Perform regular physical patrols and safety inspections.
- Respond promptly to guest repair and safety requests.
