Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive project audits to assess compliance with planned processes and industry best practices.
- Support the Project Management Office (PMO) with governance, reporting, and execution frameworks.
- Lead business process improvements across project lifecycles, from planning to operationalization.
- Integrate digital technologies to enhance project monitoring, tracking, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver internal audit solutions and risk advisory services.
- Drive operational efficiency, compliance, and risk control initiatives for client projects.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in Internal Auditing and Risk Consulting.
- Expertise in Project Audits and PMO support.
- Knowledge of internal control frameworks and compliance standards.
Preferred Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle (Planning, Budgeting, Procurement, Execution, Billing).
- Sector experience in Real Estate, Roads, Water, Solar, and Infrastructure projects.
- Ability to analyze financial and operational risks across large-scale projects.

Qualifications
- BE / MBA or equivalent.
- Experience in internal audit, process audit, or risk advisory roles.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in audit, risk, or project management.
