Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Analysis & Valuation
- Conduct financial modelling and valuations for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
- Apply valuation techniques including DCF, cost of capital, and other industry-standard methodologies.
- Support due diligence and assess potential risks and business opportunities.
2. Client Deliverables & Reporting
- Prepare presentations, reports, and financial summaries for client engagements.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables.
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and senior management.
3. Collaboration & Professional Growth
- Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with deal advisory teams.
- Support team projects by contributing insights and research in corporate finance and valuation topics.
- Utilize advanced tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and financial databases such as Bloomberg and Capitaline.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience in Valuations and Financial Modelling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial databases, and PowerPoint.
- Internship or prior exposure in corporate finance or valuation projects is a plus.
Years of Experience: 1 – 3 Years
Education Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Post Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
