Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise financial planning and analysis (FP&A) across business units.
- Provide financial insights, recommendations, and decision support to the CFO and executive leadership.
- Develop financial frameworks, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure business outcomes.
- Identify and implement cost control, overhead optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Drive financial systems transformation, including transitioning from Excel-based processes to tech-enabled analytics.
- Prepare board-level reports, leadership communications, and executive presentations.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing FP&A team across geographies.
- Ensure financial governance, compliance, and risk management in planning activities.
- Collaborate with corporate strategy, operations, and business units to align financial goals with organizational objectives.

- Expertise in financial planning, strategic finance, and corporate performance management.

Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.
- Minimum 10+ years experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles.
- Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
- Global exposure and experience in managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams is a plus.
