Key Responsibilities
- Support M&A clients and companies in financial distress through due diligence and analytics.
- Perform review of financial statements, cash flows, projections, and business drivers.
- Develop and deliver data dashboards, visualizations, and structured reports.
- Identify risks, value items, and opportunities for revenue enhancement, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate on cross-border, cross-service line teams for IPOs, acquisitions, and capital market transactions.
- Work with large multinationals, private equity, and owner-managed businesses.
- Contribute to transaction lifecycle management, from evaluation to post-merger integration.
Desired Qualifications
- CA / CFA / MBA Finance (CA freshers eligible).
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL is highly desirable.
- Strong Excel and data manipulation skills.
- Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, commercial acumen, and market awareness.
- Transaction/M&A exposure is an advantage.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
