Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirement Management
- Conduct and facilitate stakeholder sessions to gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications Documents (FSD), and other technical documentation.
- Analyze complex business processes and data to identify gaps and propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and clients to ensure deliverables align with business needs.
Solution Design & Process Engineering
- Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototype designs to illustrate system interactions and user journeys.
- Lead solution demos and presentations to product ownership teams.
- Design and write user guides, training materials, and technical documentation for end users and support teams.
Testing & Project Management
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts to ensure functionality meets business requirements.
- Manage project timelines, create status reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders and senior management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the business.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5+ years in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Solution Delivery; 1+ years in client consulting preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, SQL, modeling tools (Power Designer, Rational Rose), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Agile & SDLC Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, Waterfall, or RUP.
- Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello), SQL, R, Python, or JavaScript. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
