Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in security management (hospitality or corporate preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in security management software and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, crisis management, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- In-depth knowledge of risk assessment, compliance, and emergency response planning.
- Relevant security certifications (CPP, PSP) are highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work across shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
