Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project teams of 1–3 members, reviewing deliverables and ensuring quality.
- Conduct process consulting, internal audits, risk assessments, and advisory services.
- Interact with client representatives to understand ongoing requirements and deliverables.
- Identify business opportunities and sales-oriented reporting during projects.
- Monitor progress, manage project risks, and keep stakeholders informed of outcomes.
- Analyze business processes, perform gap analysis, and recommend improvements.
- Utilize advanced data analytics tools to enhance audit insights.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, risk frameworks, and industry regulations.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in internal audit, risk management, and process consulting.
- Ability to identify risks, analyze gaps, and optimize business processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and IT systems.

Qualifications
- CA with articleship at Big-4 firms or MBA from top 10 business schools with 3–5 years relevant experience.
- CA (non-Big4)/MBA (non top 10) with 3–6 years experience, or BE/B.Tech, BCom, BBM graduates with 6–8 years relevant experience.
- CS or ICWA graduates with 5–7 years relevant experience.
- Preferred certifications: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
