Responsibilities
- Support clients in designing and implementing sourcing models, including shared services, outsourcing, and GBS frameworks.
- Manage the entire shared services transformation journey, including feasibility studies, business case analysis, operating model design, FTE sizing, location selection, and SSC build-out support.
- Assist clients in outsourcing decisions, including RFP development, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, benchmarking, and portfolio rationalization.
- Lead project teams on client engagements, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to proposals for large managed services pursuits and assist in client presentations.
- Mentor team members, provide constructive feedback, and encourage professional growth.
- Participate in firm-level initiatives such as business development, thought leadership, and methodology development.
- Build professional networks within and outside KPMG to enhance business relationships.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
- Experience in shared services, outsourcing, and GBS transformation projects.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one process area: Finance, Procurement, HR, or IT operations.
- Familiarity with sourcing models, industry best practices, and outsourcing frameworks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with CXO-level clients.
- Collaborative team player capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Ability to develop insights, recommend solutions, and drive client value creation.
Qualifications
- MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 full-time college.
- Proficiency in case study solving and business problem analysis.
- Relevant experience in GBS advisory, shared services, or outsourcing consulting is preferred.
