Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager – Finance Advisory at KPMG India, you will:
- Maintain general ledger accounts accurately and timely.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Compile financial statements and management reports for internal and client use.
- Assist in variance analysis and report findings to senior finance staff.

Qualifications & Skills
Essential:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- Strong understanding of finance advisory, accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools, accounting software, and Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
- Experience in multisector financial advisory including BFSI, IT, and Infrastructure.
- Exposure to audit processes and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to mentor junior finance staff and support team development.
