🧩 Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Finance & Compliance, you will be responsible for:
🔍 Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Finalization of financial statements and accounts
- Conducting ratio analysis, variance analysis, and cost control
- Preparing and presenting financial dashboards and board reports
🧾 Regulatory & Statutory Compliance
- Handling RBI, SEBI, and MCA compliances and statutory filings
- Maintaining audit readiness and coordinating with statutory/internal auditors
📊 Investor Relations & Presentations
- Preparing investor presentations and board meeting decks
- Supporting data gathering for rating agencies, stakeholders, and reports
📈 Business Development & Cross-Selling
- Identifying potential customers and supporting customer acquisition strategies
- Driving cross-selling of Shriram Finance products and financial services
💰 Collections & Recovery
- Assisting recovery and collection teams to ensure timely follow-up
- Monitoring NPA accounts and coordinating with internal legal/compliance teams
🛠️ Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial tools
- Ability to prepare and present board-level documentation
- Understanding of regulatory bodies like RBI, SEBI, MCA
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
🎓 Qualifications
- Must have cleared CA (Chartered Accountant) or Inter CA
- Minimum 50% aggregate in qualifying degree
