Key Responsibilities
As an AGM – Technical Services (Government Approvals), you will be responsible for:
- Reporting daily to Directors and Senior Management regarding project approvals and regulatory updates.
- Conducting aeronautical surveys and WGS84 coordinate documentation for civil aviation NOC submissions.
- Coordinating with the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board for Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to Operate (CTO).
- Managing property tax activities: payments, NOCs, refunds, OC assessments, sewerage tax deletions, and LUC cancellations.
- Securing plumbing-related approvals (HENOC, sewer NOC, SWD NOC, vermiculture bin NOC, pest control NOC, water connection, drainage, etc.).
- Supporting environmental clearance documentation in coordination with MoEF consultants.
- Obtaining excavation permissions, royalty clearances, and solid waste management (SWM) approvals from the respective authorities.
- Coordinating stamp duty and property registration processes while maintaining proper documentation.
- Assisting legal teams by coordinating with advocates and maintaining records for all legal matters.
- Liaising with municipal departments (MCGM) and revenue authorities such as Collector, Tahsildar, CTSO.
- Coordinating with architects and maintaining compliance for drawings and project file documentation.
- Supporting society formation, N.A. orders, name transfers, and compliance tracking with external consultants.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Extensive experience in government liaison and regulatory approvals for real estate projects
- In-depth understanding of municipal laws, urban development norms, and building compliance
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Effective communication with authorities, consultants, and internal teams
- Knowledge of property tax laws, environmental regulations, and building approval processes
- Ability to manage cross-departmental coordination, including legal, architecture, and compliance teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent in relevant discipline
- 15–30 years of professional experience in technical services, government approvals, or real estate compliance
