Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure client information is accurate, complete, and compliant.
  • Research and process property tax bills and notices efficiently.
  • Prepare estimated property tax liability accruals.

Client Interaction & Coordination

  • Build and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring client needs are met.
  • Assist in coordinating assignments and prioritizing tasks with the lead.
  • Initiate and follow up on data requests from clients.

Compliance & Continuous Learning

  • Stay informed about current property tax laws, trends, and best practices.
