Key Responsibilities
- Act as Expense Exception Approver (EEA), reviewing and managing business expense exceptions.
- Ensure strict adherence to expense policies and corporate guidelines.
- Support month-end and year-end expense reviews, including forecasting and budgeting.
- Perform variance analysis to identify key drivers of results and provide commentary.
- Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports for senior management.
- Enhance financial processes and controls by introducing automation and efficiency improvements.
- Drive global consistency and operational synergies across FP&A teams through strategic projects.
- Collaborate with FP&A managers, line-of-business CFOs, and peers to provide insightful financial guidance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related technical discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with hands-on experience in expense management systems such as Concur or Ariba.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying financial insights clearly.
- High integrity in managing sensitive and confidential financial information.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and deliver accurate results.
- Proven ability to be a trusted business partner for Finance, FP&A, and operational teams.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in Asset & Wealth Management or financial services industry.
- Experience implementing process improvements and automation initiatives in FP&A operations.
- Familiarity with strategic financial planning and profitability analysis.
