📋 Key Responsibilities
Application Support
- Handle all incoming requests (tickets) related to assigned applications.
- Define availability levels and response times in coordination with business owners.
- Develop support procedures, escalating to external parties as needed.
- Assist end-users to improve application usage and efficiency.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Measure and report application availability levels and response times.
- Ensure performance benchmarks are met and documented.
Technical Execution
- Provide technical expertise in AS400 IBM/i systems and DB2 database management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues and technical challenges.
- Maintain high-quality documentation for procedures, escalation protocols, and system updates.

- Minimum 3 years experience in AS400 development (Senior: 5+ years).
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in AS400 IBM/i systems and DB2 database.
