Key Responsibilities
As an F&B Apprentice at Novotel Lucknow, you will:
- Deliver courteous, professional, and efficient service to guests following Accor service standards.
- Rotate across different Food & Beverage outlets, gaining hands-on experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, and café operations.
- Learn and practice opening and closing procedures for restaurants and service areas.
- Understand and recommend menu items, upsell food & beverage combinations, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the assigned service areas at all times.
- Monitor stock, operating supplies, and minimize wastage.
- Handle guest queries and complaints politely, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
- Secondary / High School education (Hospitality courses are a plus).
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi/local languages is an advantage.
- No prior hospitality experience required – training will be provided.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to different F&B departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced guest service environment.
