Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR and Finance stakeholders to understand business processes and strategic objectives.
- Design and implement technical solutions in Oracle eBS and Oracle Cloud Fusion.
- Manage unit, system, and quality acceptance testing for Oracle R12 and Cloud ERP applications.
- Create and manage test scripts, training content, and user adoption materials.
- Work under Agile/Scrum/DevOps frameworks to deliver projects efficiently.
- Ensure smooth ERP integrations using ICS/OIC and best practice adoption by business users.
- Maintain excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication for client engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Oracle ERP implementation, upgrades, and support.
- Technical Expertise: Oracle R12, Oracle Cloud Fusion, ICS/OIC integrations.
- Methodologies: AIM, OUM, and Rapid Implementation for Oracle ERP.
- Software Skills: Strong background in Analysis, Technical Design, and Development of Oracle applications.
- Professional Skills: Ability to interact directly with clients, strong problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Work Requirement: Willingness to work in-office daily; shifts as required.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Oracle Cloud certification.
- Experience with Oracle APEX development.
- Database administration (DBA) and performance tuning skills.
- Exposure to ERP process optimization and training delivery.
