Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based web applications.

- Mentor and train junior developers on technical topics and procedural workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- BE / B.Tech in any stream, M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), or M.C.A.
- 5–8 years of experience in software development with Java and web technologies.
- Hands-on expertise in Java 8 or higher, Spring (4+) and Hibernate.
- Strong knowledge of design patterns, build tools (Ant, Maven), and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of software deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and optimization techniques.
- Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.
- Familiarity with Red Hat and hybrid cloud technologies is a plus.
