Key Responsibilities
- Manage travel-related service requests via inbound/outbound voice communication.
- Operate the Amadeus GDS system to handle airline bookings, ticket issuance, reissues, exchanges, and refunds efficiently.
- Assist customers with flight cancellations, fare recalculations, and itinerary modifications based on their requirements.
- Review passenger and ticketing information thoroughly to ensure accuracy and compliance with airline regulations.
- Coordinate with airline helpdesks and internal teams to resolve complex booking and ticketing challenges.
- Maintain high process quality standards and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance traveler satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months experience working with Travel GDS systems, preferably Amadeus.
- High school diploma or graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
