Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Analyst – Compliance at BCG, you will:
- Act as a trusted compliance advisor supporting global and regional initiatives.
- Provide compliance advisory, training, and reporting for Asia Pacific operations.
- Support senior management in evaluating high-risk clients, topics, and business engagements.
- Oversee implementation of policies, risk mitigation, and compliance frameworks.
- Draft presentations, track agendas, and collaborate with global compliance teams.
- Manage compliance training rollouts and communications.
- Conduct data validation, integrity checks, and compliance risk reporting.
- Assist in identifying, analyzing, and reporting compliance risks.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, and Risk Management.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Trello, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Asia Pacific languages a plus).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in a relevant discipline; Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management within consulting, financial services, or international business.
- Prior experience at BCG global services or a similar consulting/professional services firm is an advantage.
