- Strategy & Transactions (SaT) enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios, and optimize capital allocation.
- Teams leverage Connected Capital Solutions (CCS): Strategy, Corporate Finance, Buy & Integrate, Sell & Separate, and Reshaping Results.
- Focus areas include Investment Banking Advisory, Valuations, Financial Modeling, Transaction Diligence, Restructuring, Project Finance, EY Parthenon Strategy & Execution.
- The role supports corporates, private equity, sovereign wealth funds, and educational institutions in critical financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis for transaction strategy projects.
- Support financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, reports, and decision support materials.
- Contribute to cross-functional collaboration with teams across Strategy & Transactions services.
- Provide insights that help clients optimize capital, improve returns, and drive competitive advantage.
