Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of Deloitte’s Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions team on power and utility sector projects.
- Conduct business analysis in Oil & Gas, Power, and Utilities domains.
- Support CRM product implementation and optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges.
- Document processes, workflows, and system enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech); MBA preferred.
- Prior experience in Oil & Gas or Utilities domain as a Business Analyst.
- Hands-on exposure to CRM product implementation (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CRM, Oracle CRM, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
