Kroll is seeking a highly motivated Analyst in Portfolio Valuation to join our Global Business Solutions (GBS) – Portfolio Valuations Advisory Services team in New Delhi. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service and responsiveness.
- Support global valuation engagements for alternative investments, including illiquid securities for hedge funds, private equity funds, business development corporations, and fund of funds.
- Develop deep technical expertise in alternative asset valuation, mentoring junior colleagues and sharing knowledge.
- Manage client engagements, including staffing, work planning, and timely project delivery.
- Conduct project management tasks: client interviews, engagement economics, team coordination, report writing, research, and market/industry tracking.
- Build and review financial models: DCF, comparable company, stock option, loan, and financial instrument valuations.
- Prepare industry and coverage reports on emerging sectors and global Unicorn valuations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proven technical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, comfortable presenting to senior management.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Leadership potential, including mentoring, client relationship management, and staff development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in financial services, portfolio valuations, or related fields.
- Educational background in CA, CFA, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or MBA from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated knowledge of valuation techniques and financial modeling.
- Interest in gaining expertise in global best practices for portfolio valuation.
