Summary
Kroll is hiring an Analyst in Portfolio Valuation at its Mumbai office to join the Global Business Solutions (GBS) – Portfolio Valuations Advisory Services team. Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Assist in building long-term client relationships by understanding client needs and delivering high-quality service.
- Support senior team members in client interactions and responsiveness.
Valuation & Analysis
- Assist in valuation analysis for public and private assets using accepted valuation approaches.
- Contribute to financial model development: DCF, comparable company, stock option, financial instrument, and loan valuations.
- Support research and report writing, including emerging sector and global Unicorn valuation reports.
Project & Engagement Support
- Participate in end-to-end client engagements, assisting with staffing, resource allocation, and project execution.
- Track market and industry information to support valuation conclusions.
- Collaborate with global teams across US and EMEA on valuation engagements.
Knowledge Sharing
- Learn and develop technical expertise in alternative asset valuation.
- Contribute to training and mentoring initiatives within the team.
Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in financial services, valuation, or related roles.
- CA, CFA, Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or MBA from an accredited institution.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior management.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
- Experience with financial modeling and valuation tools.
