Key Responsibilities
Financial Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect and summarize financial and business data from public sources and proprietary Kroll databases.
- Prepare and analyze trial balances, income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and accounting schedules.
- Update data into financial models/templates per business unit or client guidelines.
- Conduct broad analysis of ratios, segment performance, and financial trends, highlighting exceptions proactively.
- Ensure >99% accuracy on all processed data and completed quality-checked documents within 24–48 hours.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Contribute ideas to streamline processes and reduce costs or processing time.
- Participate in pilot runs and training sessions, asking relevant questions to optimize performance.
- Assist in creating SOPs, checklists, and process documentation.
- Ensure adherence to Kroll policies, procedures, and protocols at all times.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Communicate project status and deliverables to team leads and stakeholders.
- Support key initiatives to implement change and process improvements.
- Actively participate in team huddles and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in BAF, BFM, B.Com, BMS, BBI, BBA, or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or Management.
- MBA/MMS or progress toward CFA certification preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in research, financial analysis, or accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial modeling tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and comprehension skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Knowledge of financial statements, accounting concepts, and reporting standards.
