Key Responsibilities

Financial Research & Data Analysis

• Extract and analyze financial information from public sources and Kroll proprietary files.
• Summarize and present financial data in standardized formats for business unit use.
• Prepare trial balances, income statements (IS), and balance sheets (BS) with accuracy.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Data Management & Reporting

• Update and input data into financial models and templates according to business guidelines.
• Conduct broad analysis of financial statements, ratios, cash flows, and segment performance.
• Proactively identify exceptions or variations and escalate them to team leads.
• Maintain >99% quality standards on processed work within 24–48 hours.

Process Improvement & Collaboration

• Participate in process documentation, SOP creation, and checklists.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement, time reduction, or cost efficiency.
• Support team huddles, pilot project runs, and training sessions.
• Ensure adherence to Kroll policies, procedures, and protocols.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, BAF, BFM, BMS, BBI, BBA, MBA, or MMS.
• Progress towards CFA certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of financial statements, financial modeling, and accounting schedules.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to timelines.
