About the Role
As an HR Shared Services Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting Deloitte’s HR Transformation initiatives by managing employee lifecycle transactions, maintaining HR data integrity, and driving operational efficiency. You’ll collaborate with global teams to support workforce planning, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement in HR operations.
This position is ideal for professionals with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for HR process optimization in a dynamic shared services or global capability center (GCC) setup.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, separations, and exits.
- Prepare and issue HR documents such as employment letters, confirmations, and transfer communications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within HR systems.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, payroll, and benefits teams to ensure seamless process execution.
Workforce Administration
- Update and maintain employee master data in HRIS/HRMS platforms (e.g., DarwinBox).
- Process changes to job details, reporting structures, and compensation data.
- Generate headcount and organizational reports for workforce planning and analytics.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Respond to employee queries via helpdesk/ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and SLA compliance.
- Support compliance processes related to statutory requirements like PF, gratuity, and audit documentation.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all HR touchpoints.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare dashboards and reports on key HR metrics such as attrition, headcount, and employee movements.
- Provide actionable insights for HR Business Partners and leadership teams.
- Support internal and external HR audits with complete documentation.
Process Improvement
- Identify areas for automation, digitization, and process optimization.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen) to streamline HR operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or Workforce Administration.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS tools (DarwinBox preferred) and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) or Global Capability Center (GCC).
- Familiarity with HR compliance and audit processes.
- Exposure to HR transformation projects or HR analytics initiatives.
