Key Responsibilities
- Maintain verification records and manage data in Excel and internal systems.
- Conduct validation of information and documents according to client guidelines.
- Perform secondary research and company profiling for investigative purposes.
- Coordinate with HR SPOC, institutes, colleges, and universities to collect information and complete verifications.
- Update internal databases with verified information and ensure timely closure of verification checks.
- Collaborate with other operations departments to complete pending tasks if required.
- Maintain high-quality written and verbal communication, particularly in English.
- Demonstrate analytical thinking, focus, and target orientation in daily tasks.
