Key Responsibilities
As an Analyst – DarwinBox, you will:
- Support HR transformation projects using DarwinBox and other HR technology platforms.
- Assist in implementation, configuration, and optimization of DarwinBox modules (Recruitment, Payroll, Performance Management, Learning & Development).
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze HR processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Prepare process documentation, workflows, and HR system manuals.
- Support data migration, reporting, and HR analytics initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, compliance requirements, and system governance.
- Provide end-user support and training to enhance adoption of digital HR solutions.
- Assist in testing, UAT, and solution validation for HR system implementations.
Skills & Expertise
- Knowledge of DarwinBox HRIS and HR technology platforms.
- Understanding of HR processes: recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with clients and team members.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new systems, and support digital HR transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Prior experience in HR technology implementation or HRIS projects is preferred.
Preferred:
- Experience with DarwinBox modules, HR analytics, or HR transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, payroll processes, and digital HR trends.
