Key Responsibilities
CRM & Power Platform Development
- Configure, develop, and support Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with best practices.
- Customize Dynamics 365 CE with plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
- Develop and maintain Power Platform applications: PowerApps Portal, Canvas, and Model-Driven Apps.
- Work with the Common Data Service (CDS) to ensure seamless data integration.
Solution Implementation & Support
- Create, modify, and troubleshoot existing CRM and Power Platform applications.
- Support multi-industry implementations, with focus on healthcare and public sector projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement secure and efficient business process automation.
Technical Excellence & Innovation
- Maintain expertise in Microsoft technologies and cloud services.
- Participate in solution architecture, system integration, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribute to building innovative and scalable digital solutions for clients.
Skills & Expertise
- Strong D365 CRM Developer skills: plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and web API.
- Proficiency in Power Platform: PowerApps, Power Automate, Model-Driven Apps.
- Experience with SSIS, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Common Data Service.
- Knowledge of cloud-based architectures, Azure services, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Hands-on exposure to Custom Pages, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent, ADF, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with multi-industry implementations and large-scale CRM deployments.
- B.Tech / M.Tech or equivalent technical qualification.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of core developer experience in Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform.
- Strong development, customization, and configuration skills in CRM and Power Platform.
- Experience with multi-industry solutions, preferably healthcare and public sector.
