Key Responsibilities
As a Change Management Analyst, you will:
- Support change management and transformation initiatives across industries.
- Develop and deliver client-ready content that aligns with project requirements.
- Assist in research, analysis, and solution design for organizational change.
- Collaborate with managers and senior consultants to solve client challenges.
- Execute change management plans including risk tracking and milestone delivery.
- Contribute to business proposals, presentations, and Deloitte thought leadership.
- Provide support in ERP, AI, RPA, and digital transformation projects.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and engagement activities.
- Build change management deliverables to a business-ready standard.

Qualifications

- Flexibility for extensive client travel when required.
