Key Responsibilities
As an Analyst – BCG Vantage, you will:
- Support BCG’s Insurance Practice Area with expert insights and proprietary knowledge.
- Build and maintain analytical models and insurance profit pools with a focus on the non-life insurance sector.
- Develop and enhance knowledge assets and intellectual property for the insurance industry.
- Contribute to commercialization efforts by supporting marketing initiatives, conferences, and publications.
- Collaborate with global case teams, proposal teams, and sector leaders to deliver customized expertise and solutions.
- Frame, structure, and share intellectual property through clear documentation and concise communication.
- Work on cross-functional, virtual teams using Agile ways of working.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of research or analytical experience in the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, financial analysis).
- Proficiency in Excel and data modeling (mandatory).
- Exposure to SQL, VBA, Alteryx, or other database tools (a plus, not required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data visualization capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, global, and collaborative environments.
- Fluency in English is required.
