Responsibilities

As an Automation Testing Analyst, you will:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites using tools like Cypress, Playwright, Mabl, and Jira.
  • Create and manage a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure test coverage and compliance.
  • Prepare detailed validation documentation, including test scripts, validation plans, and test reports.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify defects, track issues, and ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Analyze complex software systems and break down functionality into testable components.
  • Ensure adherence to testing best practices, standards, and reporting procedures.
  • Participate in technology transformation initiatives by providing test automation expertise and recommendations.

Skills & Expertise

  • Proficiency in automation testing tools: Cypress, Playwright, Mabl, Jira.
  • Strong experience in requirements traceability and creating RTMs.
  • Knowledge of test validation, documentation, and reporting standards.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to decompose complex software systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agile development environments and CI/CD processes is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of professional experience in automation or functional testing.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
