Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, build, and deployment of Anaplan models across Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, and other business functions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan model designs with optimized modules, lists, hierarchies, dashboards, and workflows.
- Ensure Anaplan solutions adhere to best practices around sparsity, performance, scalability, and security.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Anaplan within Deloitte, mentoring junior model builders and supporting end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Anaplan with ERP, HRIS, CRM, and other systems.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Contribute to governance, model lifecycle management, and process improvement initiatives.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong hands-on experience in Anaplan L2 or L3 model building, preferably with ALM expertise.
- Proficient in building modules, lists, dashboards, workflows, and user security.
- Experience with scenario planning, forecasting, and what-if analysis.
- Understanding of Anaplan architecture, calculation logic, and performance optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to partner with business stakeholders and translate requirements into effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, or related fields.
- Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence (preferred).
- Anaplan Level 2 Model Builder certification required, Level 3 (Master Anaplanner) preferred.
- Exposure to Anaplan Connect, APIs, CloudWorks, or ETL tools is a plus.
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in Anaplan model building.
