Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting functions, including journal entry posting and account reconciliation.
  • Prepare and review fund-level financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flows, and partners’ capital statements.
  • Manage investor capital calls and distribution notices, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Interpret fund agreements to determine reporting impacts.
  • Supervise and review team members’ work, providing constructive feedback and guidance to ensure quality output.
  • Proactively identify, communicate, and escalate operational or financial issues to management.
  • Contribute to special projects and ad hoc reporting for internal initiatives and client requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, ICWA, CA, CPA, or MBA.
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in private equity or hedge fund administration.
