Key Responsibilities
- Invoice Management
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to guests, corporate clients, and travel agents.
- Ensure billing complies with company policies and contractual agreements.
- Receivables Tracking
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all receivable transactions.
- Reconciliation & Reporting
- Reconcile accounts receivable balances with general ledger entries.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for management review.
- Client & Guest Communication
- Liaise with guests and corporate clients to resolve billing queries.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable management.
- Strong knowledge of ERP tools (preferably SAP or MS Dynamics).
- Solid understanding of invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written English).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong team player.
