Role Overview

As a Global Product Senior Analyst – Consolidations & Enterprise Structure at BCG Gurgaon, you will play a key role in supporting BCG’s finance transformation. You’ll work on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, enabling global accounting, consolidations, intercompany processes, financial reporting, and compliance across multiple regions.

This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong ERP knowledge, data analysis skills, and an Agile mindset who want to shape the future of financial systems in a global consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

Squad Operations & Delivery

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and prioritize the product backlog.
• Translate finance business needs into actionable user stories and functional specs.
• Coordinate testing, issue resolution, and deployment of system updates.
• Support change management through training content, documentation, and communication.
• Promote Agile ways of working to deliver business value early and often.

Finance Systems & Process Execution

• Maintain system configurations and ensure accuracy in consolidations, allocations, and intercompany transactions.
• Monitor SAP process execution and resolve system delays or errors.
• Validate system outputs with global and regional finance teams to ensure compliance.
• Support SAP reporting hierarchy updates to meet statutory and internal reporting standards.
• Analyze financial data irregularities and drive process improvements.
• Test new features and validate financial results prior to rollout.
• Explore automation and AI opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Maintain detailed process documentation for knowledge sharing.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Data Analysis, or ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
• Experience in Agile or squad-based delivery models.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to document and simplify complex processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related.
