π§ Key Responsibilities
As a Lead LabVIEW Developer, you will:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy LabVIEW-based applications for testing industrial gas turbines.
- Collaborate with metrology, test cell engineers, and internal partners to build integrated test solutions.
- Validate and document functional and technical requirements for software systems.
- Conduct system integration, performance testing, and debug using tools such as Process Monitor, WireShark, and Event Viewer.
- Maintain and troubleshoot data acquisition systems (DAS) to ensure accurate and efficient test performance.
- Support production, development, gas compressor, and overhaul test groups with scalable software solutions.
- Write manual and automated test scripts to ensure software quality and compliance.
- Document software architecture, design, and verification test plans.
- Participate in root cause analysis and proactively suggest improvements for software systems.
π Required Skills & Experience
β Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience with LabVIEW, C++, and MATLAB
- Familiarity with data acquisition systems (DAQ), measurement technology, and control systems
- Experience in full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design, implementation, and support
- Proficiency in software testing, debugging, and deployment practices
- Technical troubleshooting expertise using tools like:
- Process Monitor
- Event Viewer
- Fiddler
- WireShark
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to integrate test instrumentation into software architecture
β Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Test Program Specification (TPS) languages
- Strong attention to detail and initiative-driven mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record in delivering robust test systems for industrial applications

- Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
