🎯 Key Responsibilities
As a Delivery Excellence Manager at Deloitte India, you will:
- Lead quality assurance across tech engagements to ensure delivery consistency and risk reduction.
- Analyze financial KPIs such as Cost of Quality, WIP, NSR, Debtor days, and margin metrics.
- Conduct delivery governance reviews, audits, and post-project retrospectives.
