🧾 Key Responsibilities
As an Amazon GSRC Operations Manager in Bengaluru, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading multi-category operations teams responsible for product classification and regulatory compliance across global Amazon marketplaces.
- Managing compliance managers and specialists (~60-70 members) to ensure quality, productivity, and timely delivery of classification tasks.
- Collaborating with internal teams including Program Management, Legal, Retail, and Fulfillment Centers to support global trade compliance.
- Driving strategic process improvement initiatives with automation, data analytics, and scalable business solutions.
- Partnering with Amazon’s tech teams to enhance compliance systems, reporting tools, and exception management.
- Ensuring team adherence to local customs, transportation, and storage regulations across regions (North & South America, EU, MENA, APAC).
- Promoting an inclusive, diverse, and growth-oriented team culture.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of total experience, with 5+ years managing people, including other managers and large teams (50+).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfort working in highly dynamic, data-driven, and ambiguous environments.
- Proficiency in data analysis, team planning, and compliance process oversight.
