🛠 Responsibilities
As a Digital CRM Consultant at Hexaware, you will:
- Develop and customize solutions on the Salesforce platform using Flow Builder, APEX, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Implement asynchronous processing (future methods, queueable jobs, scheduled jobs).
- Deploy metadata and packages using Salesforce DX (SFDX) CLI tools.
- Develop and consume APIs including Salesforce REST API and expose custom Apex web services.
- Build scalable and reusable components across different Salesforce clouds.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using custom HTTP callouts, platform events, and Connected Apps.
- Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams on Salesforce implementation best practices.
- Use DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD, PR reviews) to streamline deployments via tools like Copado and Gearset.
💡 Skills & Tools Required
- Salesforce Development: Flow Builder (Screen, Autolaunched, Record-Triggered), APEX, LWC
- DevOps & CI/CD: GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket, Copado, Gearset, Git actions for Salesforce CLI
- Integrations: Platform Events, Inbound/Outbound API calls, Event Relays
- Salesforce Platform Knowledge:
- Data modeling (standard/custom objects)
- Security model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)
- Custom Metadata, Page Layouts, Lightning Pages
- API Proficiency:
- Salesforce REST/Bulk APIs
- Custom Apex-based web services
- Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Education Cloud, or Data Cloud is a plus
